Shipping

• Order Mon - Fri before 4 pm - Shipment: today
• Order Mon - Fri after 4 pm - Shipping: plus 1 working day (no shipping on Sat/Sun)

Exceptions: No shipping on public holidays in the Canton of Zurich (January 1 / January 2 / Good Friday / Easter Monday / May 1 / Ascension Day (Thu) / Whit Monday / August 1 / December 24 / December 25 / December 26 / December 31).

Delivery

Delivery for orders Mon-Fri before 4 pm (after 4 pm plus 1 working day)

• Swiss Mond Express: Tomorrow before 9 a.m. (incl. Saturday)
• PostPac Priority: Tomorrow (excl. Saturday), possibly on the following working day*
• PostPac Economy: 2-4 working days
• A Mail Plus (for envelopes only): Tomorrow (incl. Saturday)

* Please note: Swiss Post delivers 97% of PostPac Priority parcels on time. But: unfortunately there is no guarantee. With PostPac Priority, delivery may take a day longer in 3% of cases. If it is really urgent, we recommend choosing Swiss Mond Express.

Please note: Prepayment extends the delivery time by 1-2 days and Swiss Post does not deliver on public holidays in your canton of residence.

Exception: Rental party boxes

With rental party boxes, all purchased items are delivered together with the party box at least 2 days before the party. Only purchased invitation cards are sent immediately after ordering - postage free for you.

If you would like to have your party items immediately, we will be happy to send them to you in advance against payment of postage.

Collection of purchased items

Ready for collection

• Order Mon - Fri before 4 pm: Today (within a few hours)
• Order Mon - Thu after 4 pm: Tomorrow
• Order Fri after 4 pm & Sat/Sun: Monday

Collection times

• As soon as you have received your pick-up notification by email, you can pick up the goods.
  
• For your maximum flexibility, we have found a solution that allows you to pick up the goods around the clock (as soon as you have received the pick-up email). You are not tied to any opening hours.
• Would you like to come by later? Tomorrow or in a week's time. No problem at all. Come whenever it suits you best.
