Basically, you have to differentiate in our shipping whether you want to buy or rent items or both.

We therefore differentiate our shipping depending on the type of items in the order.

There are 4 different shipping methods to choose from for purchased items, as well as collection. (Information on collection can be found here.)

The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart after you have selected the shipping method. This means that before you complete your order, you will see your personal shipping costs during the checkout process.

• Swiss Mond Express: Delivery tomorrow before 9 a.m.
• PostPac Priority: Delivery tomorrow (97%) / the following working day (3%)**
• PostPac Economy: delivery in 2-3 working days**
• A Mail Plus (for envelopes only): Delivery tomorrow
• Collection: Ready for collection today (within a few hours)

**Saturday is not a working day - no delivery on Saturday for these shipping methods. (e.g. for orders placed on Thursday by 4 p.m. with PostPac Priority delivery on Friday (97%) and Monday (3% of cases)).

Shipping: Tomorrow (exception: public holidays in the canton of Zurich)*

Delivery: (Plus 1 working day compared to order before 4 pm)*

• Swiss Mond Express: Delivery the day after tomorrow before 9 a.m. (incl. Saturday)
• PostPac Priority: Delivery the working day after next (97%) / plus 1 working day (3%)** if applicable
• PostPac Economy: delivery in 3-4 working days**
• A-Post Plus (for envelopes only): Delivery the day after tomorrow (incl. Saturday)
• Collection: ready for collection tomorrow (during the day)

**Saturday is not a working day - no delivery on Saturday for these shipping methods. (e.g. for orders placed on Wed after 4 p.m. with PostPac Priority: dispatch on Thursday, delivery on Friday (97%) and Monday (3% of cases)).

Shipping: Monday (exception : public holidays in the canton of Zurich)*

Delivery:*

• Swiss Mond Express: Delivery Tuesday before 9 a.m.
• PostPac Priority: Delivery Tuesday (97%) / Wednesday (3%)
• PostPac Economy: delivery in 3-4 working days***
• A-Post Plus (for envelopes only): Delivery Tuesday
• Collection: ready for collection on Monday (during the day)

What does 97% and 3% mean?

Swiss Post delivers 97% of parcels of this type on time, i.e. on the working day after dispatch. But: unfortunately there is no guarantee. With PostPac Priority, delivery may take a day longer in 3% of cases.

If it is really urgent, we recommend choosing Swiss Mond Express.

Saturday delivery?

PostPac Priority parcels and PostPac Economy parcels are generally not delivered on Saturdays. Saturday is therefore not a working day.

On the following weekdays there will be no shipping and no parcels will be made available for collection:

PS: If you have already received your pick-up notification, you can also pick up the goods on public holidays.

* Public holidays: Delivery

Swiss Post does not deliver goods on public holidays in your canton of residence. Public holidays therefore extend the delivery time.

Prepayment

If you choose to pay in advance, this will extend the delivery time. This is because the goods will only be dispatched 1-2 days after receipt of payment.

Party boxes

If your order contains a party box, other shipping and delivery times also apply. You can find information on shipping party crates for rent here.

We grant a voluntary 30-day right of withdrawal for goods. You can find detailed information here.
