Would you like to collect goods from us?

It's very simple:

  1. Place an order in the online store
  2. Wait for pick-up notification
  3. Come and collect the goods 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Collection is of course free of charge.

Same DAY pick-up

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY GOODS?

Exception: rental of party boxes (more information below), public holidays* & advance payment

Order before 4 p.m. (Mon-Fri)

If the goods are ordered Monday - Friday before 4 pm in the online store, they can be collected on the same day. As soon as the goods are ready for collection during the day, you will receive your collection notification by email.

Order after 4 p.m. (Mon-Thu)

If the order is placed Monday - Thursday after 4 p.m., the goods can be collected on the following working day. As soon as the goods are ready, you will receive a pick-up notification by email.

Orders after 4 pm (Fri) & weekend (Sat-Sun)

Orders that arrive on Fridays after 4 pm, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays, can be collected from us from Monday. As soon as the goods are ready for collection, you will receive a collection notification by email.

*Exception public holidays:

No collection on public holidays in the Canton of Zurich:

(1.1./ 2.1./ Good Friday / Easter Monday / May 1 / Ascension Day (Thu) / Whit Monday / 1.8./ 24.12./ 25.12./ 26.12. / 31.12.).

Opening hours

When can I collect the goods?

As soon as you have received your pick-up notification by email, the goods are ready for you.

For maximum flexibility, you are not tied to our opening hours. You can come by at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to collect the goods as described in the collection notification.

If you can only come by a few days later, that's no problem at all, just come when it suits you best.

Difference

Pick up MIET PARTY boxes

In principle, the collection of party boxes works in the same way as the collection of purchased items.

The only difference:

Party crates for rent are not made available on the day of the order, but at the latest 2 working days before the party, often even earlier.

As soon as the party box is ready, you will receive a pick-up notification by email.

Exception: invitations: If you also purchased invitations when you ordered the party box, we will send them to you immediately free of charge.

NO SHOP

Kinderparties.ch is an online store only. We do not have a salesroom or showroom, so unfortunately it is not possible to be inspired, shop and shop on site.

Would you like to return something in person?

This is of course possible.

Party box returns

Of course, you can leave the rented party crates with us instead of sending them back by post.

If you have already collected the party crate, simply return it to the same place and deposit it where you collected it. We will be notified as soon as the goods have been deposited.

Returning goods

Would you like to return something you picked up? Then write a short email to info@kinderparties.ch and let us know what you would like to return.

You can then deposit the goods at the same place where you picked them up.

We will be alerted as soon as the goods have been deposited.
