Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within 30 days without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal does not apply to rental contracts for our party crates / rental crates.

The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods from an order.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Vanessa Schnabel Events, Tödistrasse 48a, 8810 Horgen, info@kinderparties.ch, Phone: +41 44 555 3 111) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from your contract for all purchased goods in an order, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us (B Mail / PostPac Economy)), as well as the fees for payments, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from your contract. If you cancel your contract for only part of the goods in your order, we will refund the price of these goods, excluding delivery and payment charges, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For your refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of your contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling by you that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
  • Food
  • Contracts regarding our party boxes / rental boxes
