Achte darauf, die Ballons nicht zu überfüllen, um ein Platzen zu vermeiden. Kinder unter 8 Jahren sollten beim Spielen mit Ballons stets beaufsichtigt werden, da nicht aufgeblasene oder geplatzte Ballons eine Erstickungsgefahr darstellen können. Entferne geplatzte Ballons sofort und halte sie von Kindern fern. Verwende zum Aufblasen eine Pumpe, um das Risiko von Latexallergien zu minimieren.

Mit Helium gefüllte Latexballons schweben in der Regel etwa 5 bis 7 Stunden. Um die Schwebezeit zu verlängern, kannst Du spezielle Ballonversiegelungen verwenden. Beachte, dass Faktoren wie Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit die Schwebezeit beeinflussen können.

Latexballons sind für den einmaligen Gebrauch konzipiert. Nach dem Aufblasen dehnen sie sich aus und verlieren bei erneutem Aufblasen an Elastizität und Form. Für eine nachhaltigere Option kannst Du auf Folienballons zurückgreifen, die mehrfach verwendbar sind.

Latexballons bestehen aus Naturkautschuk und sind biologisch abbaubar. Dennoch sollten sie nicht in die Umwelt gelangen. Entsorge sie im Restmüll, um sicherzustellen, dass sie ordnungsgemäß abgebaut werden. Vermeide es, Ballons in die Luft steigen zu lassen, da sie in der Natur Schaden anrichten können.

Blase die Ballons nicht bis zur maximalen Größe auf, um Spannungen im Material zu reduzieren. Vermeide direkte Sonneneinstrahlung und scharfe Gegenstände in der Nähe der Ballons. Lagere sie in einem kühlen, trockenen Raum bis zur Verwendung, um die Haltbarkeit zu erhöhen.
