Velociraptor

The Velociraptor was a small dinosaur that lived in China and Mongolia during the Late Cretaceous period, approximately 65 to 90 million years ago. It was an agile, bipedal predator that leaped at its prey and killed it with its big toe. Velociraptor most likely had feathers on at least its arms and tail. While these didn't allow it to fly, they did allow it to maintain balance while running much better.

Stegsaurus

The Stegosaurus belongs to the dinosaur genus. It lived in North America 195 million years ago. This prehistoric animal, approximately 6 meters long and 2.5 meters tall, had thick, double-rowed bony plates distributed across its back for protection against predators and powerful spines at the end of its tail. The Stegosaurus was a pure herbivore and moved slowly on all fours.

Dimetrion

The Dimetrodon belongs to the genus of carnivorous dinosaurs. It gets its name from two differently shaped teeth. The animal, which was up to 3.5 meters long, lived in the early Permian period between 299 and 272.5 million years ago.

Allosaurus

The Allosaurus had an impressive skull size of up to 90 cm, with huge jaws equipped with sharp, curved teeth. It had powerful hind legs but small forelimbs. Its weight made it difficult to prey on faster animals.

Tyrannosaurus / T-Rex

The Tyrannosaurus was the largest of all carnivores—the king of predatory reptiles. It grew to approximately 16 meters long, 5 meters tall, and had a huge skull with 15 cm long dagger teeth. The Tyrannosaurus could cover almost 4 meters in a single stride. It lived in North America approximately 70 million years ago.

Triceratops

The Triceratops, the three-horned lizard, lived approximately 70 million years ago during the Late Cretaceous period. At 9 meters long and weighing up to 10 tons, it was the largest horned dinosaur.
