- Hide lots of books around the house and let the children search for them.
- When all the books have been found: How tall will your pile of books be before it falls over?
- Alternative for older children: book relay race. Divide the children into 2 groups, each group receives as many books as there are children in the group. One child per group runs off with a book and places it on the floor at the end of the course, or later on the stack of books. Whoever has stacked all the books first wins.
2 Belle's story
As Belle loves books, her story is read out in short form. Whenever Belle's name is read out, all the children have to stand up and find a new place. With older children, each child can take on a role and must take on a role when it is mentioned. E.g. Luniere turns the light on and off, Madame Potine pours a cup of water, Belle plucks a rose petal, the Beast screams...

Magical craft idea: conjure up snowflakes like Elsa
Step 1
For this craft idea, you will need slightly shorter pipe cleaners in pink and blue, beads of your choice (for example from our online store) and, if you like, bows.
Step 2
The basic structure for a snowflake is easily made from three blue pipe cleaners: two pipe cleaners are first laid to form a cross and twisted together in the middle. The third pipe cleaner is then placed diagonally on top and also twisted in the middle to create a six-pointed star. Leave the pink ones alone for now. Of course, you can also create a pink snowflake base instead of a blue one.
Step 3
The base formed from the three blue pipe cleaners is then decorated with pearls and pink pipe cleaners. Several blue beads were threaded onto each of the six blue arms to create the typical icy look of Elsa. Short pieces of pink pipe cleaners were then artfully attached between the arms - they form the delicate snowflake spikes.
Step 4
Finally, other colorful beads can be threaded onto the pink (or blue, if desired) arms. At the end, the pipe cleaners are folded over slightly so that the beads do not slip off and decorative prongs are created at the same time. The result is a colorful, playful snowflake with a bell effect - ideal for hanging or giving as a gift.
