Rental conditions for your party crate rental
Shipping
Unlike items for sale, we do not ship your order immediately. Instead:
The party crates, including all ordered purchase items, will be delivered 2-3 days before your party. (Exception for invitation cards: If you have purchased invitation cards in your order, these will be sent to you immediately. This shipment is free of charge for you.
If you would like your party items earlier, we will be happy to send them to you for an additional postage charge. (This is usually CHF 9 for A Mail and CHF 7 for B Mail).

RETURN OF YOUR RENTAL BOX
PROCEDURE
- We have tried to make the return of your rental crate as simple as possible.
- Each party crate comes with a handy checklist to tick off and an address label for the return shipment.
- After the party, you have 1-2 days to return the crate by B Mail or deliver it to the pick-up location.
- At the end, we will send you a confirmation of completion by email.

Packing the rental box after the party
Instructions for return shipment are included with every rental box.
If something is broken, dirty or lost, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
